I have always had a love for movement. It wasn’t until my college as an architecture student that I started lifting. And it did change my life for the best! Not only this relieved my back pain issues ( yes, I know I was too young for that but wait there’s more to it. ) but also improved my lifestyle and Nutrition.
And that’s how I began my brand, “GOT YOUR BACK”. I started my journey ‘just’ to alleviate my back problems and now I am here to help others to move, lift, rest, recover, eat without feeling guilty and transform into their best selves.
Most Women are hesitant to priortise their health and fitness because of societal norms, perspectives and insufficient knowledge. I aim to provide them with the Toolkit to understand what they may be missing out to reach their full potential.
